If you are considering remodeling your kitchen in the year 2015 you will want to pay attention to what trends are predicted to be big.  While some of these trends have been around a few years, many of them are anticipated to pick up steam in the coming year.

 

Below are some of the trends you may want to include in your Chicagoland kitchen remodel in 2015:

- **2-Tone Cabinet Finish** – This is becoming more common. [Multiple cabinet colors in the same room](https://blog.brakur.com/blog/multiple-cabinet-colors-in-the-same-room) gives a custom look to your kitchen, and can really class it up.
- **Luxe Metallics **– Stainless steel, chrome and silver have been popular for some time, but designers are predicting that we will see more gold, copper, and bronze in 2015.
- **Furniture Style Cabinets **– Since our kitchens have become an extension of our living areas, more and more furniture looking cabinets are being incorporated in our kitchens.
