In a spice kitchen you usually store all the foods that would prepared in that kitchen such as curry, kimchi, oily dishes, and fish that might linger for days.  It allows you to enjoy those dishes without your house smelling like those foods.  It includes a high-volume exhaust fan, some cabinetry, countertop space for food preparation, and a sink. 

Spice kitchens work well for people who love to entertain and cook.  It is not hard to add one to your home as long as you have a room that can be converted into one.  It just may require some plumbing and electrical changes. Besides, who wouldn’t love a second kitchen in their home?
