• When possible choose an open layout that extends into the living room and other areas of the home.
• Include a pantry whether it is a walk-in pantry off the kitchen or a pantry cabinet.
• Include specialty refrigeration such as refrigerated drawers and an under counter beverage refrigerator.

• Use warming drawers to keep things warm and maintain the quality of the food you will be serving
• Include a second dishwasher.
• Include an island with extra seating or a raised peninsula
• Incorporate a flat screen television. This works great so you don’t have to miss the game when you go to get more snacks or food.
• Have a work zone or area for catering staff such as a butler’s pantry
• Include built in beverage station or bar.
• Add a seating nook.
• Include large windows or doors that open to an outdoor kitchen area.
• Incorporate double ovens or a convection oven so you can bake more things at the same time.

• Make sure you utilize storage options.
