Where to Stash Small Kitchen Appliances

Today we have a variety of kitchen appliances that are wonderful to use in the kitchen, but take up space and can sometimes create a dilemma as to where to store them.  From blenders, waffle makers, bread machines, stand up mixers, to coffee makers many of these appliances have become a part of our everyday lives. Where can you keep those appliances but still have easy access and not have them clutter your kitchen counters? 

We thought we would share just a few of our favorite kitchen solutions when it comes to storing small appliances in your kitchen and show you some custom kitchen design options that will improve the function and look of your kitchen.

 

Kitchen Storage Solutions

Appliance Hutch-  Include appliance cabinet or built in hutch to store appliances.  Be sure and put plugs inside and you will have your own built in work station.

brakur_pantry_appliance_cabinet.pngAppliance Closet/ Pantry Cabinet-  While many homeowners will use the tall pantry cabinet to store food you can use it to store all your appliances.  There are a variety of pull out shelves that will make it easy to have access.  It keeps everything in one location and you have room to store those taller appliances

Or You can have a built in beverage station.  You can even have a designated cabinet for your large stand up mixer that lifts up on a shelf to countertop height or pulls out from the kitchen wall cabinet.
